The valve at the back of my toilet was leaking and the toilet was not working right. Bob arrived on time. He changed out the valve and the inner parts to the toilet. (He had all the parts right on his truck). We also discussed a few options for some home improvements that I have been wanting to do. So he will have to come back and do that when I get the rest of that room done.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to call for a plumber because I didn't want to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge in plumbing. To my great surprise and relief, I had not to worry about using Dylewski Plumbing and Plumber Bob Passot. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Called Dylewski Plumbing and what an AMAZING plumber! showed up on time, coming from Stuart, FL he was friendly and exact about his findings from the evidence of a leak we were having from our 2nd floor guest bathroom. He tested a few components to narrow his theory and went to work downstairs cutting a hole in the ceiling to expose the area even further. He was extremely neat and clean about his work using drop cloths and making sure any breakables were removed from the work site. Immediately confirmed what the issue was and was able to rectify quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

When I received a phone call early in the morning from my Mom, my son and I went over to help her out. She woke up that morning sick, and when she got up and went to the bathroom, the toilet had overflowed and there was water about 1/3 inch deep in the bathroom and the bedroom floor was also wet.
